Our Warranty

Don’t let your branding fade. Printajo uses a unique 3-Layer Shield with Japanese heat-resistant ink and UV lamination. Up to 5 years warranty against peeling & fading.

Vehicle Branding Built to Beat the Dubai Heat

Every Printajo vehicle branding project comes with a written warranty — up to 2-4 years against peeling, fading, and edge lift. Here’s what backs it up.

Dubai’s climate is brutal on vehicles. Between 50°C summers, relentless UV, and coastal humidity, cheap vinyl fails within 18 months. We build our wraps to survive the desert and we back that in writing. If our work doesn’t hold up within the warranty period, we inspect it, schedule a repair, and fix it at our Meydan workshop at no charge.

The 3-Layer Shield: what's actually inside your wrap

Most vehicle branding companies in Dubai apply vinyl and move on. We build a three-layer system for UAE conditions. Each layer has a job. We don’t just print a sticker; we engineer a 3-layer defense system.

Most competitors stop at layer two. We go the extra mile to ensure your branding is heat-resistant and scratch-proof.

Layer 1: The Foundation (Premium Vinyl)

We use cast vinyl from 3M or Arlon for every vehicle wrap in Dubai we produce. Cast vinyl is a different product from the calendered films most budget suppliers use. Calendered vinyl is extruded through rollers under pressure. Cast vinyl is poured onto a flat surface and allowed to set — which means it stays flat under heat, sits properly on compound curves and door handles, and doesn’t pull away from edges when UAE summer temperatures hit the panel.

Calendered vinyl is cheaper on the day. Cast vinyl is what’s still on the van or truck three years later.

Layer 2: The Color (Japanese Scratch-Free Ink)

We print using HP Latex ink, a water-based system that cures into the vinyl surface during printing rather than sitting on top of it. Once cured, it’s scratch-resistant, doesn’t need a solvent off-gassing period before lamination goes on, and holds colour under sustained UV without the yellowing or colour shift that solvent-based inks produce over time.

For a fleet wrap that needs to look consistent across 20 vehicles for five years, ink stability matters as much as the vinyl underneath it.

Layer 3: The Armor (UV Lamination + Special Varnish)

The final layer goes over the print:

  • UV lamination — a clear film that sits between the ink and the sun. The UV rays hit the laminate, not the colour underneath.
  • Special varnish — a gloss or matte topcoat over the laminate that seals everything in, blocks chemical damage from road cleaning products, and keeps the finish consistent for the full warranty period.

Most competitors stop at two layers or apply the laminate inconsistently. Without it, good ink still fades faster under Dubai sun — especially on high-exposure vehicles like food trucks and buses that spend full days parked outdoors.

Choose Your Protection Level

Not every vehicle needs a five-year wrap. Sometimes you need branding for a six-month campaign. We offer two tiers so you only pay for the cover that fits your use case.

What the warranty covers — in plain language

We cover defects in materials and installation across all vehicle branding services we carry out. Specifically:

  • Peeling, lifting, or edge separation on warranted panels
  • Colour fading, yellowing, or discolouration beyond normal weathering
  • Bubbling caused by installation error (identified within 30 days)
  • Any print quality defect visible at normal viewing distance

What We Can’t Cover (The Honest Truth)

  • Roof and bonnet panels (see surface note above)
  • Damage from vandalism, accidents, hail, or any external impact
  • Peeling caused by pressure washing, automatic brush car washes, or abrasive cleaning products
  • Wraps applied over surfaces with rust, paint defects, previous wrap residue, or non-OEM paint
  • Wear from day-to-day mechanical contact (door edges, loading bay contact points on delivery vans)
  • Alterations made to the wrap after installation by a third party
  • Wraps that have been removed and re-applied

Graphics removed before the warranty period ends will not damage OEM-painted surfaces. Removal after the warranty period may affect the paint — we’ll advise on timing before removal. The same applies whether it’s a car wrap or a full truck.

The Warranty Claim Process (Simple & Tracked)

We don’t believe in red tape, but we do believe in speed and accuracy. To ensure your claim is handled immediately, we use a centralized CRM system.

Step 1: Snap a Photo

Take a clear picture of the issue (the peeling edge, the bubble, or the fading) with your phone.

Step 2: Open a Support Ticket

Log in to our Client CRM Portal

Step 3: The Quick Fix

Our technical team reviews CRM tickets daily. Once verified, we will schedule a priority slot for your vehicle to come in. Most repairs are completed within 24-48 hours of approval.

Maintaining your wrap to keep the warranty valid

The warranty covers our materials and our workmanship. How you look after the wrap is what determines how long it lasts between those two things. Whether it’s a single branded car or a 30-vehicle fleet, the same guidance applies.

What to do:

  • Hand wash with a mild, pH-neutral car shampoo
  • Rinse with low-pressure water — a garden hose is fine
  • Dry with a clean microfibre cloth to avoid water spotting
  • Park under cover where possible, especially through the summer months

What to avoid:

  • Pressure washers — the jet forces water under wrap edges and lifts adhesion over time
  • Automatic brush car washes — the brushes scuff the laminate surface
  • Petrol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners near vinyl edges
  • Leaving the vehicle unwashed in coastal areas for long periods — salt deposits work into the edges

These aren’t complicated rules. They’re what keeps the wrap performing the way it looked on day one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does vehicle branding damage my car's original paint?

Actually, it’s the opposite. Our 3-Layer Shield acts as a protective barrier against UV rays and minor scratches. When we remove the wrap 3 years later, your factory paint often looks brand new underneath.

You don’t need to re-wrap the whole van! We can easily remove specific sections (like a door panel or the rear window) and print a “patch” with your new details. It’s cost-effective and fast.

Yes. Since our high-quality vinyl is removable without leaving residue, it is the perfect solution for leased fleets. We can strip the branding before you return the vehicle to the leasing company.

Got a concern? Let's sort it out.

Your vehicle is a moving billboard for your business, but it’s also a billboard for our quality. We want it to look perfect just as much as you do.
